We arrived at Coffee Creek RV Park in Santo, TX with a caravan of three 5th wheels from the Oklahoma Heartland Chapter. Heartland the manufacturer of our recreational vehicles. It was quite a good size group for the North Texas Chapter. I was impressed. We had some feedback on local restaurants and sights since a few had been there a few days longer. The Shed in Weathorford, TX was awesome! I had a soup and sandwich and still wish I would have skipped the sandwich and had a large soup. The soup, breads, and pies are all homemade. The soup was amazing, I have not stopped thinking about it! I know where to have lunch if ever in the area again. We also ate as a group for dinner at a near by river cafe and had their catfish dinner. I have no complaints there either. I am beginning to think the folks around here sure know how to cook! We made some wonderful new friends and rekindled with some old friends at the rally, lots of great conversation and delicious pot luck meals! I didn't play any games this time around, we were all more into getting to know one another than games. Our last dinner together was in Mineral Wells, TX. What a neat town with some history and gorgeous historical buildings to see! We ate at an Italian restaurant and it was another hit! Delicious! One of the best we have had!

We enjoyed homemade breads, soups, sandwiches and pies for lunch at a place called THE SHED. I highly reccomend eating here if you are ever in that area.
The Shed is located in the back of a Stove shop
in the area.
