2nd Stop- Minden, Nebraska!

We traveled through Funk and prayers to get there, but we made it to Minden, Nebraska! The crosswinds while traveling through Nebraska were a bit white knuckling. Once we  arrived to our destination we stayed at the Pioneer RV Park/Motel. If it weren't for the amazing museum, The Pioneer Village we probably would have never stayed here on our own. But it turned out alright. It was only for a one nighter, and what an AMAZING museum! I will have to post a separate post for that album of photos so much, so very much to see! I would love to go back here and look more!

1st Stop- Salina, KS!

What an adventure! We decided to go on our first RV Convoy, there were 7 of us all together. It started out as Heartland Manufacturer Oklahoma Chapter Convoy and we met up with other friends along the way in Kansas and Nebraska. We traveled with fellow Oklahoman s, Texas Chapter members and The SOB's, yes they call them that! It means Some Other Brand's in RV Rally Lingo. What an exciting trip! Our first stop was in Salina, Kansas at a small quaint RV park called The Sundowner West. Great little place to stop for a one nighter! ;)

We had delicious potluck meals every night along the way. It was so wonderful having met such pleasant new camping buddies, our new Heartland Family!

Then it was time to move out to the next stop! Yee-haw!! Let's Get these RIGS rollin'!
